We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if not you can return it within a limited period for a full refund of the item price and delivery charge.

To return an item for a refund, you need to:

• Contact or email us within 14 working days of receiving the item. Or if you prefer you can use this cancellation Returns Form
• Return the item in its original unused condition and packaging within 30 working days of receiving the item.
• We will issue a refund once we have received the item as described.

Please package items carefully and obtain proof of posting when you return the item. Please note also that you are responsible for all postage costs of returning the item to me.

If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us or email us immediately.

Payment Policy

We accept payment through PayPal. You can pay via debit or credit card using PayPal’s secure server without opening a PayPal account. If you change your mind or wish to cancel the order before dispatch, please notify us immediately via email.

Delivery Policy

We will try as far as possible to dispatch your order within 5 days.
